Shaun is the founder of Switchwise. He has over 10 years’ experience in managing digital media, e-commerce and technology-related businesses in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Shaun has worked in general management and commercial roles in both blue-chip organisations and start-up companies.
Before establishing Switchwise, Shaun was Commercial Director at Ukash, a leading European e-commerce payments company based in London. Prior to that, he worked in Sydney as the Australian & New Zealand Managing Director for Itsmobile, a leading mobile payments company, now a division of Payzone plc. Shaun’s experience also includes several years at AOL Europe, where he was General Manager of the CompuServe and Netscape businesses. Whilst at AOL, Shaun launched the highly acclaimed Netscape Online ISP and portal, which he built into a leading player in the UK market. Shaun also spent several years as a strategy consultant with Accenture, working for a variety of blue chip clients in Australia, the UK and South-East Asia.
Shaun holds an MBA from INSEAD, France, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with first class honours from The University of Melbourne.
craig blair
Craig Blair has extensive experience in the fields of private equity, investment banking and management consulting, and specialises in the operation of online businesses.
His current position is Executive Director of Netus, an Australian technology investment company focused on bringing proven technology-based services and products to the Australian market. His role involves sourcing investments and partnerships and to support Netus’ investments management team. Netus is one of the principal backers of Switchwise. Craig has worked both in Australia and in the UK with online businesses. Before joining Netus he was the Head of Leisure Investment Banking at Macquarie Bank, working on investments in private and listed companies, as well as providing transactional support for the bank's childcare, taxi, business banking and funds management sectors. Prior to that, Craig was part of the initial management team behind Expedia Australia, an online travel website, and he has also worked as the Corporate Development Director of travelselect.com, one of the first online travel companies in the UK.
Craig has a MBA from INSEAD, France and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney.
