Day time usage rises by 25% in price.
Add this to the increase of service fees to pay for the meters.
We are paying them to charge us more.
Surely if they are the only ones to benefit then they should pay for the meters.
I can’t even find out when the peak hours are so how can I save any money?

They turn up late at night, caused havock changing account holders name to spouses name without account holders authority. i want to change providers I will do it in my own time like everything elses.

I’m fed up with them.
They always come late in the evening.
Usually I’m trying to keep house quiet for bubs, then doorbell rings loudly.
Otherwise with life the way it is I just dont want to open my door to strangers.
So rude and disrespectful. Maybe I could take their details and get a restraining order?
